By accessing or using StraightUpSoftware.com (the "Site")—including its content, reviews, comparison tools, and affiliate links (collectively, the "Services")—you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept every part of the Agreement, you must not use the Services.

All text, graphics, code, and media on the Site are owned or licensed by us and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Reviews, Rankings & Affiliate Links

Editorial Independence: Reviews are concise summaries based on available information and personal opinion.
Affiliate Disclosure: We may earn commission via affiliate links. Compensation does not affect our reviews.
No Professional Advice: Content is not legal or financial advice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any law or third-party rights
• Reverse-engineering or breaching security
• Sending spam or scraping data

14. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State.

• We'll try to resolve disputes informally first—email admin@straightupsoftware.com.
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules).
• Arbitration will be in Tacoma, WA or by video conference.
• Class-action lawsuits are not permitted. Each claim must be individual.
• Small claims court (up to $10k) is allowed instead of arbitration.
• You can opt out within 30 days by emailing us.

15. Miscellaneous

• This is the full agreement between you and us.
• If one part is invalid, the rest still applies.
• We can assign our rights; you cannot without permission.
